Our Story

Built on a simple belief: hospitality is a recipe too.

Chai Master started as a family idea — what if a café felt more like a living room and less like a transaction? We opened our doors in Los Alamitos with that question in mind, and every decision since has been shaped by it.

Our chai recipe comes from a pressure cooker and a grandmother's kitchen, not a manual. We source our coffee from roasters who care about the people who grow it. And we believe that remembering a regular's name matters just as much as getting the milk temperature right.

This isn't a chain. It's a corner of the neighborhood we're proud to call ours — and we'd be honored if you made it yours too.
